Account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your VisitArc account and associated personal data. Do not include medical notes, diagnoses, files, images, or appointment details.

After verification, active sessions are revoked and live service data is targeted for deletion or de-identification. Encrypted backups may retain deleted data until the rolling backup retention window expires.
